Ms. Menuka Sangroula is an MTVET scholar at Kathmandu University School of Education (KUSOED). She has undertaken the position of Research Assistant under LELAM project from May, 2023. Her thesis is entitled “Effect of Nurses’ Perceived Organizational Support on their Organizational Commitment”.
Ms. Sangroula is a registered nurse and holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences. She has more than 5 years of experiences in nursing field at both operational and supervisory positions. Prior to joining KUSOED, she was a Departmental Nursing In-charge in a 300-bedded private hospital in Kathmandu. Her areas of interests include, quantitative research, supervision, performance management of TVET professionals and effective communication.
