About Us

Linking Education and Labour Markets

The LELAM (Linking Education and Labour Markets) project is a collaborative international research initiative led by Kathmandu University in partnership with ETH Zurich. It aims to strengthen Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) systems in Nepal by aligning education with the needs of the labor market. Through academic research, stakeholder engagement, and the launch of the MTVET program, LELAM works to improve youth employment outcomes and build sustainable, inclusive development.

Be a part of the change

Join LELAM in transforming education and employment in Nepal. Through research, innovation, and the MTVET program, we connect learning with real-world opportunities. Whether you’re a student, educator, or partner, your role can help shape a more skilled, inclusive, and empowered future.
